Which are the best universities abroad that offer Bachelors degree in automobile designing with assured placements?

I've scored 90% in 10th and 78% in 12th. Will I be able to get admission in a good college abroad for automobile designing? Can I get placement from the campus itself? Can you suggest the best colleges with low fees? My priority is European countries.
