Which are the best universities abroad that offer Computer science courses and good scholarship?

Im in class 11 in science stream. I got 8.4 cgpa in 10th. I want to do computer science from foreign university. Please tell me how can I get a scholarship for foreign university. I want to go to MIT or Alberta university or some other good university. I am sure I can clear IELTS .
