Which are the best universities abroad to pursue MS in mechanical engineering?
I want to know about the universities with low fee structure. I scored 62 percent marks in B.Tech. I scored 6.5 band in IELTS.

You have two best option, but Australia and New Zealand, both are very expensive country. But, it is worth for you. For low tuition fees, you can choose Poland as they accept low CGPA as well as low cost of study and living, but job prospect is not good. You have to search jobs in Germany after completing your MS from Poland.
