    University of New South Wales, Australia, best universities for undergraduate fine arts courses outside India which provide scholarships. But In India Chandigarh University, Punjab is the best university for the undergraduate fine arts courses outside India which also provide good scholarships to their students.

    Almost all the Universities provide scholarship programs through one or the different modes. Go to the universities webpage and search for the scholarship programs under International Students section. In India, I will suggest you to look for Chandigarh University, the University provides world calsss level of education in India and various scholarships also. Go to the colleges website page and quest for the grant programs under International Students segment.     There are best universities in India itself to provide the best Teaching. Chandigarh University these days is beating foreign universities as well. It is having tie-ups with many foreign universities providing students the opportunity to avail semester exchange programme.
