Hi Nidhi,
Since you are specialising in physical chemistry, University of Tokyo, which Manmeet has already suggested is the best choice followed by Osaka University.
Kyoto University also has a strong chemistry department, but the focus is more from Bio, Environmental, Synthetic and Material Chemi
