California State University is an excellent option you choosed. You need to give TOEFL as requirement for visa.
Stanford University Stanford, CA is also a good option, third option can be Harvard University Boston, MA
Beside this i would also suggest you to look for indian universities for admissio

Regarding abroad university i suggest you to go to any good consultant they have full information about this because there are many university are open in abroad and offer many type of programs so there is need to think so much for abroad programs
