MS in electronics is not thee in USA. iT IS ELECTRICAL. mOREOVER MOST OF THE UNIVESITIES HAVE ece- electrical and computer science. See there is no such thing as best univ. If i say Caltech then do you think you have your resume and gre, toefl scores good enough to get there? Moreover it costs more
