Which are the best universities in USA for MS in Biotechnology after 3 years of B.Sc in India?

I am in my 3rd year of B.Sc in Biotechnology. For all the five semesters, I have got A grade i.e. around 85%. Along with B.Sc, I have also done a 3 year part time course in hand on training in biotechnological techniques.
