When you say that you're about to complete your B.Comm degree i'm assuming tht you're in your 3rd year. In that case you've missed the deadlines for the admission application. For any university abroad,you need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL and other relevant exams as required for your program of choice

ITS NOT MUCH IMPORTANT FROM WHERE U ARE COMPLETING MBA (USA/INDIA). MORE IMPORTANT IS THE RECOGNITION. YOU JUST HAVE TO CHECK WHETHER THAT INSTITUTE IS RECOGNISED FROM A GOVT AUTHORISED BODY OR NOT !!
