Which are the best universities to do MS in artificial intelligence in Germany? I wish to do part time job also.
B. Tech computer science(73%), 3 year work experience as software developer. No test has been taken. German language level A2 international exam passed from Goethe Zentrum.

Good to know that you have decided to study in Germany for your Master's.
Since Artificial Intelligence is branch of Computer Engineering, you may select a course in Computer Engineering and select "Artificial Intelligence" as you choice of module in 2nd and 3rd semester of master's.
