Which are the branches in engineering? I have scored 89% in 12th exams.

If you want to get high salary packages then you have two options:
1. CS/IT Engineering and go for MNCs like Google, Facebook, etc.
2. You can go for Civil Engineering (highest paid job) but it depends on your skills knowledge and experience.

Masters in any field can fetch you a good salary. Salary depends on your capability, not your branch. It also depends on what extra have you done apart from academics. You need to choose your desired field based on your interest.
