BSc and BSc (Hons) are three-year courses each divided into six semesters. TMU offers BSc in six specialisations and BSc (Hons) in five specialisations. The university also offers BSc (Hons) Agriculture and BSc Nursing for a duration of four-years each. BSc Medical is a three-year course at TMU offered in three specialisations. BSc and BSc (Hons) courses are offered through Medical College & Research Centre, College of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Engineering and Computing Sciences & IT.
