BTech is a four-year course available in six specialisations, namely BTech in CSE, and Bioengineering, Mechanical, Chemical, and Semiconductors, and Civil. Candidates after completing Class 12 in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) can apply for BTech
