Many of the colleges have approximately 50% seats for non-GATEs through departmental tests. You should check your college in your vicinity.Regards/

Yaar there are many colleges who take their own exams as well. Bharti vidyapeeth pune, IIIT are few examples. Admission forms for bharti vidyapeeth is out. check their website for details.
