Tapan ! there are some institutes who not only considers JEE mains score but also conducts their own entrance examination to allot the seats.they offer high scholarship based on your score in their entrance examination.here are some of these institutions:

3.Lovely Professional University
i have heard that Lovely Professional University is doing exceptionally good in this discipline and it provides scholarship upto 1.5 lakh per annum.this university is having a tie-ups with more than 50 + countries which provides an excellent platform to get international exposure.
