Here's the cheat sheet for govt. medical colleges that won't murder your wallet:

| AIIMS Nagpur | 6,080 (literally cheaper than your Netflix subscription) |
| TNMC Mumbai | 64,950 |
| AFMC Pune | 65,000 + you serve in the military (career move tbh) |
| Lokmanya Tilak MMC | 3.78 lakh |
| Grant Medical College | 5.71 lakh |
| Rajiv Gandhi Medical | 5.66 lakh |
| GMC Aurangabad | 4.85 lakh |
| BJ Government MC, Pune | 5.30 lakh |
All of these require a solid NEET-UG score, so if you're serious, start grinding now.
Private colleges = 50 lakh+ unless you've got legacy-level backup.
