Which are the colleges I can get admission for mechanical engineering with 3285 rank in IPU CET?

This you need to check with the merit list. But there are some other universities too like LPU, Arni, Monarch etc that offer admission to students on the basis of national/ state level entrance tests, so you can try there also. Some of these universities also offer scholarships to meritorious students. All these are very reputed universities.
