First of all, don't think about the money. Money is not a barrier. Just try for the best university you can get in Delhi. Some of the best universities in Delhi comprise University of Delhi, Amity University and IIT Delhi. You will have to pass JEE Mains + Advanced to get into IITs. once you get a g
