Which are the colleges in Delhi NCR affiliated to Foreign universities - For business management only

I am looking for institutes in Delhi NCR offering BBA/BBS and i was wondering which institutes in India are affiliated to foreign universities? Is it advisable to hold a degree from an Okay-ish Indian university ( like Amity ) or an institute affiliated to a foreign university?
