Which are the colleges in Germany and Austria offering Masters in computer science to foreign students? What are the marks required?

you need minimum 80% marks in your UG to get admission in German universities. Apart from that you need IELTS 6.5 band

The student should at least have first class in his UG studies. Also, you need to clear the IELTS test. Some unis accept with a medium of instruction letter too.
