International Institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi has a 2 year Advance Diploma course in Culinary Arts. A candidate who has passed 10+2 with at least 60% or higher and scored 70% or more in the English proficiency test conducted by the Institute are eligible for this course. Osmania University, Hyderabad offers a 1 year PG Diploma in Culinary Arts and the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology/BBA/B.Sc Hotel Management and other relevant courses.
