Which are the colleges offering one year B.Tech? Is there any option to increase my marks?

Hlo no one year btec is not valid for ugc and aicte approved u r completed in second class is good but u improve u marks they can fess paid university and fill the form then improve u marks other wise no option , and u r mind btec is one year is not valid not approved
