    Dear Prince,
Science students can appear in JEE NEET IIT or PMT for admission to top engineering and medical colleges of the country receptively.
There is no lack of career/ course options for a science student after completing 12th standard. There are so many career options to pursue other than engineering (B.Tech) and medical (MBBS).
    Here are few options:
    B.Tech/BE
    MBBS
    BAMS
    B Pharma
    B.Sc. Nursing
    B.Sc. (Hons)
    B.Sc. Anthropology
    B.Sc. Occupational Therapy
    B.Sc. Physiotherapy
    B.Sc. (Computer Science)
    B.Sc. (Electronics)
    BCA
    BBA
    Biochemistry
    Botany
    Biotechnology
    Agriculture Science
    Hope this helps.
