To get into an NGO is more dependent on your inner passion rather than degrees or certificate. However, having some skills is quite beneficial for professional stability. You can best get at BSW or MSW courses. You can also opt for some certification from IGNOU or other distance learning organizatio

There are so many courses available you choose according to your interest, and off course bio - maths student can be a part of NGO.
