Savitribai Phule Pune University conducts the following events:
- Rock the Mic: Pumbaites feel that the only thing better than singing is more singing, therefore they host a singing competition called Rock the Mic.
The tournament is split into two sections:
i) Singing Alone
(ii) Antakshari - Dhruv: Dhruv is made up of four cultural events:
i) Saregamapa (solo singing): a competition in which vocalists from several colleges compete to demonstrate their talent.
ii) Beat It (Battle of Bands): Each participating band performs music on stage.
