Pursuing pure medical courses without having the knowledge of biology is next to impossible. I am talking about the programmes like agriculture, psychology, environmental science and biomedical engineering. -
Not possible. Biology is must to be a doctor in India.
And becoming a doctor is also not an easy task.
1.) Those 3 months of full stress and depression every year when you have final exams and Practicals (I didn't count the class tests in it)
2.) Daily OPD duties of about 3 hours till the time you pass out from your college + family visits in PSM posting.
3.) 19 subjects in 4 & 1/2 years.
4.) A year of full hectic schedule during the internship with only limited holidays of about 610 days (in a year).
5.) Compulsory 75% attendance both in theory and practicals.
This profession needs full dedication.
