Which are the engineering colleges I can get admission?

My CET rank is 35k. I have got 60 marks in JEE mains (OBC) and the rank predictor says i can fall into 30 lakhs.

Manisha there are many good universities like Chitkara, Lovely, Sharda etc that offer admission to students on the basis of various entrance tests as well as your marks in 12th. In case you don't get admission in your state on the basis of your rank/ marks you can try in these reputed universities.
