Your rank is not so good. at this rank i dont think so you will get any good college. why dont you try other best options like Lovely Professional University, chitkara university, VIT vellor, SRM.
Lovely professional university is in northern india, in punjab and lot of students migrate from UP to Lovely univesity, you may keep this option with you if you want to make your bright career. -
