Which are the further courses I can pursue after BE ECE?

First and the foremost option you must consider should be M.Tech.

Dear Mr. Harthi,
I think you can select MBA because of now these days corporate's wants E-MBA means Engg. + MBA (added advantage).
2. Mtech then Phd. (research paper work)
3. BE (JOB) + indian institute of material management www.iimm.org for CSE - SCM
& http://www.ifpmm.org/
