The best books for preparation of JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are NCERT. These are really best structured books. In advanced, questions are invariably asked testing your ability to think logically and that needs to come within. -
The book good book for JEE Mains and advanced are 4 mathematics RD Sharma for physics HC Verma and 4 Chemistry NCERT books.
