Which are the good colleges available for me?

I got 36 marks in jee mains nd 65% in board exam.

Well this is quite a low score to get in to any good college. I think you should try separately in universities like University of Technology and Management Shillong, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun. These universities offer great engineering specializations and their curriculum
