Marks in boards doesn't aren't going to affect your rank from this year. And, if you've got 196, your rank is under 13k you will get any good NITs.

Hello Lucky, How did you get marks for JEE Mains without the exam taking place? Actually, from this year onwards, marks obtained in 12th will not be reckoned in deciding rank in JEE Mains. Your chances to me appear to be quite less. Best wishes.
