Which are the good colleges I may get admission for engineering?
I have got 63 marks in JEE Mains, 87 marks in COMEDK and 79.3% in PCM Bihar board.

Your rank is low in JEE or COMEDK but you can try for some private colleges where you can get admission through these marks.
