I got 45% in b.com (h) from delhi university.

There are many good colleges where you may apply, but prior applying you need to do some research to find out which are the colleges that provide proper educational facilities, faculties as well as placements. Apart from that location plays an important role, since safety matters a lot.

Best college ranking depends on
1. Establishment year
2. faculty
3. Infrastructure
4. Approval
5. Peer group etc.
Therefore do your research and then apply to the best colleges with your MAT Score.

Doing regular MBA might be difficult based on your Bcom score. You can go for a distance MBA from a good college giving you a good platform, check some sites like SYNMBOSIS, LPU, IGNOU etc
