U should keep a watch on the colleges under the Utter Pardesh Tech. University. There are certain chances of getting admission in some of the best colleges/institutes in Utter Pardesh . Simultaneously , U can try in some of the best colleges in Mumbai like Don Bosko Institute of Tech., Sardar Patel College of Engg. etc. otherwise , u canalso try at NIT Hamirpur, BITS, Pillani, Lovely professional University which provide best placements and infrastructure.

You should try for reputed private engineering colleges in India because according to your marks & as you have not qualified in jee mains so, there are no chances to get enrolled in top government colleges & university. Well I have listed few colleges name according to their rank. You can choose one of them.
