I think that u should get asansol engineering college , techno india salt lake,haldia
if you are residential of wb then u also get some government college like Govt. College Of Engg. And Textile Technology, Berhampore,Govt. College Of Engineering And Textile Technology, Serampore. -
As ur rank is not good there are very less chances of getting admission in good govt. colleges but u can try in some colleges/universities which conduct their own entrance exam. Keep regular watch on the official site for regular updates regarding the admission schedules. On the basis of ur 12th exam u can also get good scholarship and better placement opportunities. Some of the well known colleges are:-

You marks are not so good to get enrollment in any top university or government engineering colleges. I think you should try for other private engineering colleges as there are many reputed private engineering colleges in India such as SKIET, PSG, BMS, DTU, PES etc, which has the best educational system and providing good placement in top companies.
