Which are the good colleges I may get admission? Which engineering stream I may get admission?

My Jee mains score is 79 . Class 10th %age is 84 and surely in 12th class i will get above 70%age. which engineering college i go with? Sir i am confused about types of engineering and doesn't know what they actually are about.
