Which are the good colleges I may get admission with 98 percentile in MBA CET?

Assuming you are referring to Maharashtra CET, you can get into SIES and Welingkar. But the cutoff changes according to the level of the paper. 2016 CET paper witnessed a high cutoff in-spite of a hard paper.
My opinion - Don't settle on anything less than 99.99. Prepare hard.
