You can get admission in reputed colleges through management quota.

Your 12th marks are sufficient for engineering but your CET rank or JEE rank will decide the college for you. Otherwise, you have to get the admission through management quota by paying a hefty amount.

What about B.Sc (general studies)? Can I get a good college? The college may be a private college.
