Colleges doesn't provide Masters degree. They provide skilled based graduate certificate or diploma and they usually are of 1 year. But if you wish to study for 2 years in Canada to become eligible for 3 years of past study work permit, then enrol yourself in another course after year. This is called 1+1. This will also enhance your skills in this industry with dual certification.

Seneca College ( 2 years)
George Brown College
Vancouver Premier College of Hotel Management
Niagara College
Algonquin College
Humber College
Lambton College
I have mentioned plenty of college names, please check the college websites for the various programs they offer and program specific duration. Seneca offers a 2 year PG program. Rest you have to research.
