I scored 56.5 percent marks in B.Com with 1 backlog. I scored 6 band in IELTS.

You might (50% chances) have to give an explanation on why you scored less in graduation.Although they won't ask for it but atlast it's you who want a visa so have to do it on your behalf but I am not 100% sure about this.
