Which are the good colleges in Delhi and NCR I may get admission?
I am a general candidate. I got 63% in 12th in Bihar Board. I am a average student. I want to get admission in cs branch.
I want to get admission in B.Tech in Delhi and I did not attend any entrance exam

In Delhi university and IP university it is not possible to get admission without JEE exam. You can look for other good options like Lovely Professional University, kurukshetra university etc.

You can apply to Amity University, Sharda University, Galgotias etc. if you haven't given any entrances.
