There are so many in list dealing math for higher study Some are-
1. Chennai mathematical Institute - Chennai
2.Indian statistical Institute - Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore
3.The Institute of Mathematical Science - Chennai
4. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research- Mumbai, Bangalore

You better consult alumni site of Math department if available for better clarity to reach any conclusion.
