Which are the good colleges in Telangana offering admissions with JEE Mains scores?

I have got 120 in JEE Mains.

Hello, As per present information, Telengana has not opted for admitting students based on JEE Mains. But then, they can do so even in May/June when the results are declared. In the absence of many colleges to subject themselves for check of accreditation, it's not feasible to rank colleges.
