Besides IIT, I would recommend UEM-Kolkata that is at your location and has good placement record with best assistance provided and fee structure is around Rs.40000 per semester.

Indian Institute Of Technology - [IIT], Kharagpur And Institute Of Engineering And Management Group - [IEM], Kolkata are the best colleges.
