Which are the good colleges offering 2nd year admission?

I am currently studying in lpu, jalandhar and pursuing btech in ece branch. I want to leave this college but also don't want to waste another year.

Hi Aashu, Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines. Hope this information helps. Please fe
