Which are the good colleges offering free seat for B.Tech?
I have got 728 in IPE and I have not qualified EAMCET exam. I belong to the OBC category.

Which type of free seat you are talking about? If your are talking about management seat then there are no any good colleges which offer free seat for engineering.
