which are the good colleges that i can get through upsee 2011 wid a rank of 27958(GEN) nd 4309 (GL)? also i am interested to take cs or it branch in b.tech.

Rank is at lower side. So it may not be your choice. You need to accept the given college to you. Anyway, let me say that all colleges in state follow same syllabus, same books, have similar faculties and facilities and so all are good. There may be some marginal difference, which will be insignific
