It seems that you are interested in gaining lateral entry directly into 2nd year B.Tech program.
Usually the basic eligibility for lateral entry in B.Tech is successfully completing 3 years diploma in engineering. However, this may vary from institute to institute

i want to say low fee college can not give you good resuilt in your life ,
