Which are the good colleges to pursue engineering? What is the admission procedure?

I cleared my 12th with 73%from cbse board and 62 % in pcm. i am looking for a good collage from where i can do my b tech, i am considering JRE group of institution for this . is it really a good collage if not then please suggest other
